Shame on Vodafone

Never Opt Vodafone International Roaming!

I am a Vodafone customer using Vodafone postpaid number. I have never come across such a worst, idiotic, unbearable, pathetic, harassing, ruthless, ridiculous, irresponsible customer care ever in my life.

They are just not ready to accept their mistakes. Always ahead in blaming customers in every single situation.

And whenever you try explaining their problem, they act as dumb and deaf. So was in my case. I tried connecting hell lot of time to Vodafone Executives to make them understand my issue, but neither of them was competent enough to understand and give me a genuine solution or compensation.

Later I requested for a call transfer to the Floor Manager, where again they had an excuse, “Mam, Floor Manager is busy on another call, and we will arrange a call back for you”, but that call back never happened. I even wrote a lot a mails to Vodafone, but nothing satisfactory turned-up.

I was charged hefty Rs. 28000/- just for using a data pack in Europe for few hours.

I was travelling to Europe in the month of July and being a loyal customer of Vodafone I never thought of buying an International SIM, rather I looked forward using the same SIM and activating International plans on it.

But Vodafone International Roaming service sucks. Guys, I would like to request you to never use Vodafone International Roaming.

If in any fussy situation, you need to opt for the same, please keep all the below mentioned in mind.

1. Written:

Everything said by Vodafone should be taken in written, mail or message. Ever small information. They are really good at taking their steps back. They are doing a brilliant job at promising something and delivering something else.

2.  Geographical Boundaries:

Ask the god damn executive to mention names of every city in a country, no matter how small the city is. Because the moment you cross the boundaries of a particular city, they'll count on you and start charging hefty amount.

3. Usage Limit:

Limit is a missing word in Vodafone's dictionary. They do say that we have a particular limit to use the damn ph but when it comes to international roaming, nothing really holds any value.

4. No Information Messages:

Vodafone is as bad as it could be.  Pathetic customer care executives they have. They do not have any knowledge of the plans or what was happening in their own organization. They will say " we shall get back to you shortly or you can write to us". I don't remember even a single time of them calling me back. These morons are comfortably sitting in AC and doing nothing. These executives should be made to loiter on the streets for collecting the garbage.

Various Cheating Cases of Vodafone

After doing a lot of research work, I have realized that its not only me who has faced this problem. I feel Vodafone has changed its line of business from being a network provide to cheating on people. It is doing an excellent job in fooling people. First Vodafone lure customers with exciting offers and once those offers are opted, Vodafone end up charging hefty unreasonable charges to all its customers.

Also, I have observed that people are not facing such problems nowadays, rather they have been facing the similar issues with Vodafone from past 4-5years (refer to the attachments for the same).

Also, they are not only fooling people in India, rather doing the same all over the world.

1. Vodafone Shame

Shame on Vodafone. This man’s 60-years old parents were travelling to Dubai and suffered so much. The old couple was left helpless with no connectivity to their family sitting here in India. Credits to Vodafone.

2. Vodafone Shame

Shame on Vodafone. Vodafone provided us a Usage limit just to mention on bills. Else this is no where in action. We can always use the damn network beyond the provided limit. Unlike credit card limits. As we can never use our credit card beyond the provided limit, or unless we place a special request for One Time Increased Limit.

3. Vodafone Shame

Shame on Vodafone. Deactivation issues with Vodafone. They assure you that they have deactivated the requested service, but later when your bill is generated, you realize that the service wasn’t deactivated and you have been charged for the god damn service. The same happened to the below noble person.

4. Vodafone Shame

Shame on Vodafone. Another beautiful name given to Vodafone is Data Cheater Meter. Vodafone is cleverly charging all the customers higher rate for Data Usage. And when these executives are questioned, the say they have charges you for genuine usage, which is a BulShit.

5. Vodafone Shame

Shame on Vodafone. An added problem with Vodafone. They also have a plan named “NO SERVICE”, where your mobile is on No Services mode until you call Vodafone and thrash them.

6. Vodafone Shame

Shame on Vodafone. Another similar case of International Roaming. This noble man was made to feel like a poor man when he was unable to connect to his family sitting in India. In spite of not being able to use the god damn network even for a single call, he the man was charged RS. 5751/-, which should ideally be refunded.

7. Vodafone Shame

Shame on Vodafone. Okay, one more exciting thing about the Vodafone that every customer should know. While activating the International Roaming, they inform us that once we are back to India, we will not be charged with the IR Service. But that never happens, they keep charging us until they are done burning the holes of our pocket.
